International conference "Information Technologies
and Security" (ITS - 2004), 22-26 June 2004, Partenit,
Crimea, Ukraine.
Three previous conferences have been at the same place. Partisipants from Bolgaria, China, England, Moldova, Russia, Sudan, Ukraine, USA took part in third conference and they supported completely an initiative for carrying out the fourth one. The Object of the conference is to discuss many actual problems of globalization of the information systems, their influence on forming information society, and also safety of the up-to-date information technologies including financial, juridical, organizational and technical issues of dataware and information safety. Among the questions to be discussed are staff training, normative-legal maintenance, technologies and means of formation of public consciousness, carrying out and neutralization of information operations, social, psychological and medical aspects of mass and individual information operations. The purpose of conference is acquaintance of participants with ideas, approaches and concrete results of the decision of theoretical and practical tasks, an establishment and development of business contacts. The basical form of confrence will be a discussions. The working languages of the conference are English, Russian and Ukrainian. At the conference the opportunity of the organization of custom – made sections, carrying out of publicities, exhibitions, and presentations will be given. We invite researchers and experts in the sphere of IT, law, political science, sociology, conflictology, psychology, management of personnel, medicine, representatives of legal authorities and management, businesses, financial organizations, enterprises, specialized in the field of telecommunications, mass media, public organizations and movements to take part in the conference. |
